8:Case Quality Requirement: Both Virgin
Material and Recycle material. As we know
the injected cases will bent after put it
into the warehouse for long time before
welding. some other brand dvd pp box welding
machine/sealing machine may have lots of
stops if welding the cases bent too much.
but our JNX200A this type of Autowelder have
no problem welding the the bent cases. this
advantage other welding machine cannot
compete.
9:Welding quality control: like
Gima,Ilsemann and Kenny Branded Welder have
2 welding thread working same time and cut
the cpp film firstly then weld 2 edge at
same time. this type of welding may have
lots of unstable matters and when meet
problem. very difficult to adjust. also that
machines design too complicated. our weld
methods is welding one size of the box then
a rolling wheel turn around of the case and
weld another side. only need to control 2
matter can ensure the cases welding line
into the right position. A: first side
control.B:second side control. ver better
understanding and easy to control.
10: Automatic Box Feeding System: do u have
a multi loader ?NO. we design our auto
welder as a fully new view. with a new
design of automatic box feeding system.
11:how many worker do u need to control on
machine? ^^ Only 1 worker can control the
machine from feeding and pick welding cases.
